Here at Water and Gold all sales are final as we have a no refunds policy on our items. A refund will however be awarded if the item is faulty or damaged in which case you will be asked to send a email to us [email protected] explaining the fault or damage preferably with photographs at which point you will then need to send the piece back to us recorded delivery, once the piece has arrived back with us we will process your full refund.

Please feel free to look through the many images and angles we provide of the items and even ask us to provide you more images or videos if you so need to. All items are either solid gold or solid silver tested before selling 

RETURNING GOODS BY POST - When returning high value items, customers are advised to use a verified tracking service, e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery and ensure sufficient insurance to cover the full value of the goods. Water and Gold does not accept any responsibility of loss of returned goods whilst in transit.
